Thermoplastic Polyurethane Sheet/Film

Bond-a-Band Transmissions Ltd manufacture and supply a wide range of extruded Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) sheet/film incorporating a range in both Aromatic and Aliphatic Polyester and Polyether based Polyurethanes.

Our expansion now includes a state of the art production facility allowing the supply of many variable additives and colours, subject to minimum quantities, to achieve specific finished products to customers requirements/ applications.

The versatility of Polyurethane lends itself to inclusion in many finished and semi finished components and products such as industrial, automotive, construction, medical and too many others to mention here.

Specific types and uses

All types below can be welded by Heat, High frequency, Friction or Solvent with the added ability to thermoform to almost any shape required.
