BONDASHIELD Aliphatic film (FPA-87) is available as a flat-die extruded film produced-to-order to width and thickness required depending on the application.
Aliphatic TPU Film is an extremely durable UV and weather- resistant product, lending itself to Paint protection, leading edge protection and screen protection applications, to name only a few examples.
Bond-a-band Aliphatic Polyurethane is converted direct from the raw material in its purest form- with no processing aids, therefore ensuring that the finished product maintains the highest standard of optical clarity and excellent properties for adhesive bonding.
Available supplied on paper, PE, smooth or matt finish PET carrier dependant on required finish.
Our films are all cast extruded either unsupported or on carrier of your choice all dependant on thickness required.
Custom extrusions to customers requirements are available whether to specific material grades such as medical, breathable, laminated or with specific additives such as Anti Microbial, Anti Static or UV stabilizer. Both can be welded by heat, high frequency, friction or solvent with the ability to thermoform to almost any shape required.

The inclusion of our closed cell extruded foam up to 6mm thick has a multitude of uses within Specialist Conveyor belt applications, gaskets and adhesive pads but to name a few. We are able to tailor these formulas to customer requirements subject to quantities required, please contact our technical department for further information.

Metal Detectable Flat Sheet
Metal Detectable (MD) is part of a new series of polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU), specifically targeted for extruded profiles, film and sheet applications. Metal Detectable TPU exhibits the excellent abrasion resistance and properties found with standard TPU, with the added benefit of being metal detectable. It also conforms to FDA food contact directives and has been approved for use by the USDA. Bondaband MD is a range of Metal Detectable Thermoplastic polyurethane with excellent abrasion resistance and durability available in flat extrusion format.
All belting can be heat welded for endless connections- cut to any shape required from sheet product.
Ideally suited for wear strips, chute linings, conveyor belts or gaskets in food application where it is essential that any residue from the product is detected as part of quality control. Eliminating the possibility of release into the market etc...
