Bondaband Profile extrusion is available in both Polyurethane TPU and Polyester material. The largest sector of this business is through stock sales of round solid, tubular, special profile flights/tracking guides and V-Section belting.
Bondaband Profile extrusion is also available as a bespoke service for individual customer needs, or on a contract basis, as specialised tooling equipment is operational in-house.

Metal Detectable Profile
Metal Detectable (MD) is part of a new series of polyester-based thermoplastic poly-urethanes (TPU), specifically targeted for extruded profile applications. Metal Detectable TPU exhibits the excellent abrasion resistance and properties found with standard TPU, with the added benefit of being metal detectable. It also conforms to FDA food contact directives and has been approved for use by the USDA. Bondaband MD is a range of Metal Detectable Thermoplastic polyurethane with excellent abrasion resistance and durability available in Profile extrusion and special profiles format.
All belts can be heat welded for endless belt connections. Ideally suited use in food application where it is essential that any residue from the product is detected as part of quality control. Eliminating the possibility of release into the market etc...

Bondaband Endless and Double Twist Belts
Bondaband endless belts are available as flat or profile to any length/width/shape required.
Also available - bend belt conveyor (Loops and Sleeves)
For temporary or fast replacement belts the double twist link belts are ideal for fast fitting- as they link using a metal hook therefore no heat-welding is required.
